I started practicing yoga over a decade ago. First I dabbled, then I got hooked. Then I started teaching...by accident. I started teaching without any formal training (that came later). I was scared & nervous when I started, but I loved it so much I didn't let that stop me. It's been a wild ride. Now I own two studios in Connecticut where I teach regularly & offer yoga teacher training. I love sharing what I know about this practice - what I've learned about myself through it on my mat. And what I've learned to take off my mat. And that's what the bent yogi is all about. Sharing what I've learned (and am still learning) with you. What challenges me, what scares me, what inspires me. In the hopes that I can inspire you too.
I live in Connecticut with my husband, our son & our 2 dogs. When I'm not on my mat or in the studio teaching, I love being with my family, being outside & building with legos.
